New place, clean, great location.

· On the first floor, always a bonus. The property is so very close to the tower, like 200m or so. Plus you get out of the building, turn right, walk 200m and you will find many places to eat plus shops and what not.

· If you take a shower longer than 10-12min you will run out of hot water. It happened 3 times.
No shampoo, soap was teeny tiny, so do not count on those.
